As a member of T3 Honu, you will have access to experienced coaches who will help you establish your training program, race schedule, nutrition plan and assist you in reaching your personal goals.  

For members who want a more personalized program, T3 Honu has Level 1 USAT Certified Trainers who can provide a more comprehensive program that is tailored to your individual needs.

Training programs are designed to address the specific challenges faced by competitors who are competing in Sprint to full Ironman distance races.  For all distances, our coaches have years of experience in applying proven programs and techniques that will help you maximize your abilities in a safe manner.

As a multisport organization, we have training programs that go beyond triathlons. We also support athletes who prefer to focus on running, swimming and/or biking as individual events.
