Group Training


More often than not, triathlon and most endurance sports are based on the abilities of the individual athlete. At T3 Honu, we understand the importance and benefits that come with training with a group of like-minded individuals who are committed to excelling in a highly demanding sport.

 Typically, the team members will train on their own during the work week. Buddy workouts are often organized amongst individual athletes who live or work in the same area.

 Group rides and brick workouts (biking and running) are scheduled for most Saturday mornings at various locations in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.
During warmer months, open water group swims are arranged at various locations in Maryland and Virginia.
